Building Equity Value
RC/ Fontis’ financial goal is equity appreciation. Our compensation is primarily a function of the equity returns that we generate for our investors.

We expect to make no more than five new investments per year. Because we believe that successes are made, not picked, this selective approach allows us to devote the time necessary for the building process. Since building long-term value requires sustained effort, RC/ Fontis represents relatively patient capital. We expect the typical holding period of our most successful investments to be between three to five years.

Our principals have a unique combination of operating and financial experience.
