After receiving a plan, RC/ Fontis will conduct a preliminary analysis and respond with an initial expression of interest as quickly as possible. Should both parties wish to proceed, arrangements will be made to meet with the management team.

• From Interstate 210: Take the Lake Ave. exit in Pasadena. Head South 4 blocks to 55 S. Lake Ave. (corner of Colorado).
• From downtown Los Angeles: Take the 110 Freeway North, which becomes Arroyo Parkway. Continue 8 blocks North on Arroyo Parkway, turning right on Green St to Hudson Ave. Turn Left, then into the first driveway which is the entrance to the parking structure. Offices are in the tower marked 55 S. Lake Ave.
